As a standards converter, it can convert from most any television format to any other television format in the highest quality. Conversions are indistinguishable from the original master.

VIDEOTAPE SIGNAL LOSS OR UNSTABLE IMAGES We can eliminate picture jitter and time base errors from videotape playback and insure a stable on-screen image through the use of dual-field full-frame reconstruction. We can restore distorted or misshapen vertical and horizontal sync and color burst signals. Our professional TBC (Multi-system Time Base Corrector/Frame Synchronizer ) have an integral Processing Amplifier allows the adjustment of Brightness, Contrast, Color Saturation, Hue and Sharpness. A Digital Comb Filter provides superior video signal decoding and the AGC (Automatic Gain Control) insures a proper one volt output signal from an input signal range of 0.5 to 2.0 volts.

REAL-TIME MOTION COMPENSATION VIDEO ARCHIVE PROCESSING A real-time restoration system with the ability to correct artifacts using motion compensation. Cleans up, fixes and stabilizes, in real-time, any video material that has deteriorated or been damaged, either by age or other factors. Typical material can be restored within two or three times its running length. And the end result is often better than when it was first shot. Until now this level of restoration quality could only be achieved by laborious, time-consuming and expensive processes. Consequently, a lot of material remains unrestored because, although potentially useful, it is not valuable enough to warrant such expenditure. Now virtually anything can be treated – not just high-value footage – at a cost far less than frame-by-frame restoration. Depending on what is required to get a stable & clean picture & audio. Cost is on a per hour basis and would be calculated upon inspection of the videotape.

AUDIO LOSS OR LOW QUALITY AUDIO ENHANCEMENT, Boost low audio signals and enhance poor recorded audio on videotape.
