MAKING US A FAIR OFFER – This is not like buying a car, there are lots of variables when providing this type of offer to customers, especially when videotapes or movie films can be much longer in length then the customer estimated or the film or videotape may be in poor condition or in much worse condition than originally estimated by email. On the flip side, perhaps the video or film is much shorter in length then estimated and the condition of the material is in much better shape (meaning in may cost much less).

- You would receive an estimate by email based on the information you originally provided when you contacted us.
- You would review the estimate and then if you feel the total cost is too much and not within your budget… make us a fair offer.
- If we accept your offer, you would then submit your material within 30 days for us to provide a complete hands-on inspection and no obligation quote.
- Once hand inspected you would review the “quote” we emailed and if accepted, we would proceed and process your order.
- If you did not accept the quote, we can then re-negotiate and you can make a new offer.
- If no final agreement is reached, we could package up and return your order or discard your order if you feel it’s not worth the cost of returning. (Shipping cost may apply if being returned without processing your order).

Films or videos must be classified as HOME MOVIES and not professional or commercial type films or videos. This offer does not include film “processing” of undeveloped movie film. PAYMENT PLAN OFFER – CAN’T PAY ALL AT ONCE? Are you a student, senior or veteran? We have easy terms, no interest payments for the processing and payment of your order. If you require payments to be made over a period of time, please arrange this prior to submitting your order and we will work with you to provide a payment plan exclusively for you. Usually all orders are held at our studio until your entire order is paid in full.
