CANADA & USA CHRISTMAS 2022 ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING DEADLINES Christmas shipping deadlines fast approaching. Depending on the type & size of your order we receive, it may not be completed by Christmas if received after November 25th. This applies to both Canadian and USA orders. DEADLINE FOR LOCAL ORDERS IS DECEMBER 5TH: Local orders for drop off and pick up directly at our Studios the deadline to accept orders for Christmas is Dec 5th (Restrictions apply depending on the type and size of the order).

NEWS SURCHARGES WHEN PAYING BY CREDIT CARDS EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 10th, 2022– Canada has now adopted that merchants can now apply a surcharge to customers using a credit card for payment. Our surcharge is 2.2% of the invoice total when you pay by credit card. This will be clearly stated on your invoice when your job is completed if you are paying by Credit Card. There is no surcharge when paying by PayPal, E-transfer, checks, cash or Visa Debit. SEE PAYMENT INFORMATION

NEW LOCAL DELIVERY SERVICES CHANGES EFFECTIVE MAY 9, 2022

Due to the major increase in fuel transportation costs for our local delivery services from our facility we will be increasing our minimum charge on orders to qualify for free local deliveries & shipping. Effective Monday May 9th, the minimum charge for free return local deliveries and free return shipping by mail or courier applies to all orders valued at $900.00 Canadian (CND) or more. STATEMENT FROM TEAMWORK MEDIA TELEVISION INCORPORATED REGARDING CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) & HOW WE ARE RESPONDING

Updated Oct 15th 2022 – Teamwork Media Lab continues to monitor the situation very closely and will continue to take direction and guidance from our local and national health authorities.

We are continuing with our rigorous cleaning measures and equipped team members and technicians with robust hygiene measures, sanitization, sterilization equipment and safety products, all our studios & lab facilities are fully operational for processing orders and meeting with clients in person to discuss their projects.

At our studio our staff does not wear masks although we continue to use hand sanitizers and wash our hands after handling each order. If you are visiting our studios we have masks and hand sanitizer available upon entry if you wish. 

FEELING UNWELL? If you are feeling unwell, have a cough, cold or have recently been around someone with Covid, cold or flu, please re-book a time to visit our studio when you are feeling better or you can use our drop box or ship your order.

SHIPPING/RECEIVING: Our receiving and shipping department is fully operational and will continue with strict safety cleaning measures in place and all contents inside ALL packages that are returned from our lab are cleaned and sanitized before being shipped.

It is important to reiterate that Teamwork Media Lab will continue to monitor developments from Interior Health and the provincial and federal government and that all necessary precautions are in place for the safety of our staff and customers in order to continue to provide safe facilities, handling, packaging and shipping of our customers material.


SAFETY OF SHIPMENTS BY MAIL & COURIER

If you have concerns about the safety of the mail, we would like to assure you that the World Health Organization and our Canadian and USA government officials continues to state that mail and packages are safe to handle. Please know that your safety and the safety of our employees remains our top priority.

All incoming/outgoing mail from Teamwork Media Lab are being completely handled by robust hygiene measures, sanitization to insure safety when any package arrives or leaves our facilities.

GOVERNMENT OF CANADA PUBLIC HEALTH

Is it safe to receive a package from any area where COVID-19 has been reported? Yes. The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.

Products shipped from outside of Canada: Coronaviruses generally do not survive on surfaces after being contaminated. The risk of spread from products shipped over a period of days or weeks at room temperature is very low.

There is no known risk of Coronaviruses entering or leaving Canada on parcels or packages.
