The digital files we create are a current standard in the film/video professional industry and home use on personal MAC or PC computers, however, some files only work with particular computers &/or video/audio editing or playback software. We always do our best to provide the correct digital files to meet the customer’s requirements but there are limitations to providing specific file types for older computers and/or software.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR COMPUTERS & VIDEO EDITING PROGRAMS

DUE TO MANY COMPUTER VIDEO EDITING PROGRAMS, COMPUTER PROGRAMS, SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE, TEAMWORK MEDIA LAB DOES NOT PROVIDE TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR ANY SPECIFIC COMPUTER VIDEO EDITING PROGRAMS OR COMPUTER PROGRAMS. IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT THE ORIGINAL CREATOR OF THE VIDEO EDITING PROGRAM OR COMPUTER STORE WERE YOU ORIGINALLY PURCHASED YOUR PRODUCT FOR ANY TECHNICAL SUPPORT REGARDING YOUR COMPUTER, TABLET, MOBILE PHONE OR SMART TV.

SMART TVS – Not so smart. With the release of Smart TVs we are finding they will only play specific to the manufacturer’s dedicated highly compressed video or audio files and there are major limitations to their design (they are not computers). Most Smart TVs do not have fast processors or RAM to play large video files directly from USB flash drives or Hard Drive media. If you only have a SMART TV to view video files please check your manual and read the specs & limitations of your TV to see if it accepts our video files we would be providing you for your project.

NOTE: Final Cut Pro (FCP) does not support numbered image sequences. It seems that the only editing software that we have found NOT to support Numbered Image Sequence is FCP. However, these sequences can be imported via Photoshop CS4 and above or via Quicktime Pro to create video files that will work in Final Cut Pro (FCP).
