TMTV’s Weather Station at Longbeach on the west arm of Kootenay Lake in British Columbia Canada has joined the PurpleAir Network’s Hyper-local, real-time air quality monitoring.

PurpleAir makes sensors that empower Community Scientists who collect hyper-local air quality data and share it with the public and will be a benefit during the wildfire season to the communities of Balfour, Harrop, Proctor, Longbeach and visitors to Kokanee Park.
The air monitoring is available to the public 24/7/365 and will be a great addition to anyone living in the local area. You can also connect to other PurpleAir monitors through-out southeast BC and beyond.
