I just wanted to send a note to let you know how pleased I am with the work that your team did on extracting the footage from my badly damaged films. I took those films to two local digitizing companies before finding your service online, and one of the places actually offered to discard the films for me, telling me there was nothing that could be done with them. Now, to the contrary, I have priceless footage from every one of these films that our family can always enjoy. While watching them, I see evidence of the efforts your team made to preserve what could be salvaged, and I am very, very grateful. The contents of these films–depicting three generations of our family–will be shown next time our extended family gets together, and I know they will be a hit!
