If you have other films that have been processed and require scanning (transfer) and have any quantity of unprocessed outdated movie film you would want processed (developed) we may be able to provide discounts on processing and scanning depending on your quantity.

SCANNING (TRANSFER) – AFTER PROCESSING… (LASERGRAPHICS SCANNING INCLUDED IN THE COST OF PROCESSING) We scan your film to see the quality of the films images, if discernable, we complete the process by providing image enhancements and editing, file output and upload to a USB flash drive media. FILE OUTPUT; 2K Film scanning. Once the film is developed and if there are images, we offer MPEG-4 (2048x 1536) or MOV ProRes, both at 2K HD (2048x 1536). Please keep in mind that your film may be decades beyond its process before date and the job is to salvage the film in the best possible way. The Technicians do their best to get good quality images from these very old films but the results are highly variable depending on age and past stored conditions. The quality range may be excellent to just barely discernible.
IMPORTANT: What to consider before having your old films developed. Once your film is processed there is no guarantee of images… Your films are scanned and carefully inspected after processing, but if there are no discernable images we will let you our findings.
WHAT WE WILL TRANSFER: The policy is to transfer (scan) a film deemed to have discernible images on some part or all parts of the film. Our Technicians err on the side of caution by providing the customer with all possible salvaged images. If there are no discernable images, we will then inform you and not complete the process unless after discussing our findings you want the images no matter what the final quality.
FILE/DATA STORAGE & DROPBOX FILE SHARING UPLOAD INCLUDED AFTER TRANSFER: There is a maximum 60 day file/data storage on our storage drives from the date of the final invoice (if your film has images). Once the scanning is completed and if images and you have one film, it can be uploaded to DropBox (file sharing) for you to download (unless you want your original films returned) then the file would be uploaded to USB media and shipped back to you at additional cost. Two or more films will be placed on media such as USB thumb/flash or hard drives and shipped back to you with your newly processed movie film (Media, return shipping and taxes may apply). NOTE: Files will be removed from Dropbox within hours of you downloading. Please check and back up your files immediately after downloading.

PAYMENT: ONCE YOUR FILM ARRIVES AT OUR LAB WE WILL INSPECT YOUR FILM AND THEN ISSUE AN ORDER NUMBER AND EMAIL YOU AN INVOICE FOR THE REQUIRED DEPOSIT. ONCE PAID, WE WILL SCHEDULE YOUR FILMS FOR PROCESSING. – DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE BEFORE YOU RECEIVE AN ORDER NUMBER AND THE INVOICE. Payment by Credit Card or PayPal only for USA customers. Discounts may apply to 8mm or 16mm films and if you have any film already processed (developed) that you may want transferred.
VERY IMPORTANT – On the “quote” provided by email you will be asked if you have read and understand all of the above and you will be asked to print and sign the quote and include it with your films when packaged and shipped.
